1. Update stage out of “Lead“ and continue to update the stages as you move through them.

2. Add a detailed background about the client add notes about any conversations and notes for showings, offers, etc.. This keeps us and the ISA’s in the loop so we know you’re on top of it. If we don’t see this, it looks like the ball is being dropped and we’ll have to remove the lead!

3. Add next task with specifics for your next follow up. 

4. Be responsive; don’t ignore a note from the coordinators or HQ team. There's a reason we're reaching out.
