What is ShowingTime+?
Zillow/ShowingTime has created Listings Showcase
(also known as ShowingTime+) which is an additional service that we are currently offering to you free of charge.

 

This service does the following:

  • Comes with photos, 3D floor plan & social media video

  • Listing shows up first in searches.

    • Estimated 80% increase in traffic

  • Listing showcase tagged on listings (see image to right)

  • Unique landing page for listing

  • Stays with listing until it sells

  • Very limited; only allowed on up to ~5% of listings in an MLS

We can only do this for up to 10 listings per month.

For now, this will be available on a first come first serve basis for listings $300k +.

If you have a listing under that price, ask! We may have extra spots available!
You can add this to existing listings.
For now, this is no cost to you.

 

If you’ve been approved please see below for important information regarding your listing: 

  • Photos MUST be taken by Zillow photographer so please do not schedule on your own. Turn around time is typically 24 hours.

  • A social media video, 3D interactive walk through and floor plan are included.

  • There are add-ons at an additional cost available through this service. This is something you can use credits for if you have them!

    • Virtual staging ($25/image)

    • Virtual staging + Item removal ($55/image)

Because of how this service is provided through CPR, the listing will show up as listed by James Krueger in Zillow. Don’t worry, it will still show up as your name in HAR, Corcoran, etc. 

Checklist 

  • Click the button below to complete the ShowingTime+ request form.

    • Please make sure to fill in exact areas for the property amenities (guard house, neighborhood park, community pool, etc) 

    • If you’re wanting neighborhood highlights (restaurant nearby, MetroRail in walking distance, etc.) there is an additional cost for the “lifestyle” shoot. Get with Sloane on cost

  • Once your photos are back

    • Add interactive walk through and floor plan to HAR CLICK HERE FOR HOW TO INSTRUCTIONS

    • Make sure these are the unbranded options to meet MLS requirements 

    • Download photos and upload them to HAR- they will not automatically sync into HAR/ MLS 

  • When property goes under contract

    • Please ask buyer agent how their client find the listing. We want to see if it was found through Zillow or a listing that the agent sent via HAR. This will help us gauge whether or not this is worth the cost.
