SHOWING AGENTS

The goal of this list is to facilitate helpful connections for you. These are team members who are newer agents or those building their business. They are trained and sponsored by Corcoran Prestige. If you need assistance with client showings, inspections, walk-throughs etc. you can contact any of these agents to arrange a suitable schedule and rate. While you have the flexibility to negotiate the rate, we recommend a range of $20-$40 per hour or $25-$50 per house. It’s up to you and your showing partner to agree on the terms and handle the payment arrangements.

 

This list will be updated each month during the company meeting, allowing any trained agent to be added or removed as needed.
